Welcome to Fusion Pro Test Training. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or hire us.
Use of this website
You may browse this site for personal or legitimate business purposes. Please don't copy or republish substantial portions of the content, attempt to break the site, or use it in ways that would interfere with other visitors. All text, images, and branding on this site are the property of Fusion Pro Test Training unless otherwise noted.
Service terms
Our services — welder certification testing, welding inspection, and certification documentation — are performed by an AWS Certified Welding Inspector on your site, to the code and procedure agreed in writing before the visit. The scope of any engagement, including welders tested, codes applied, and deliverables, is defined in the quote or confirmation we send you.
Scheduling and cancellation
Once a date is confirmed, we hold that time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee for future work.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the service date. We accept standard business payment methods. Certifications and reports may be withheld until payment is received on new-client engagements.
Test results
Welder qualifications and inspection acceptance are determined strictly by the applicable code. Passing paperwork is issued only for tests that meet code requirements. Retests can be scheduled at the client's request; retest fees apply.
Limitation of liability
Fusion Pro Test Training performs services in accordance with generally accepted industry practices for AWS Certified Welding Inspectors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or downstream project costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled in the courts of Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
